01The problem

Policies on paper, proof nowhere.

Enterprises with large, distributed and often non-digital-first workforces struggled to verify whether employees actually understood corporate policies. Testing was manual, paper-based or spreadsheet-driven, with no way to prevent repeat questions on retakes, no access route for employees without company email, and no single system to certify, analyze or report compliance across multiple business units.

This resulted in inconsistent policy adoption, no audit trail, and poor visibility into workforce-wide compliance readiness, especially across multi-tenant, multi-language teams.
